NEW STRIP :: Fun With Autobiography: One Crazy Summer, Part 7

June 29th, 2009 — 08:50 am

Well hello there! Did you miss me? There there, dry those eyes, I’m here now and everything will be okay! Let’s cuddle!

But wait–before the cuddling begins, I invite you to feast your red, puffy eyes on this new strip, the penultimate chapter in my 8-part SAGA chronicling the busiest part of my summer, mainly the part involved in conventioneering. Now that the convention season is over (for me, for lots of people it’s just starting, but those are crazy people), I am looking forward to wrapping up this little series and getting back to my regular sometimes-funny strip. Not to mention a ton of side-projects I’ve been putting off, and finally the start of some longer narratives, as opposed to the one-pagers I’ve been doing for the last six months or so.

Plus a lot more blogging–I have a lot to say lately, although mainly it’s just nice things about stuff I’ve been reading, like Snake Oil. But I’ll get to that later. For now, let’s just spoon and relax into the afterglow of this week’s strip.

I won’t have time to do a new strip this week BUT you may expect a makeup strip next week once HeroesCon is over and the resting/healing has begun. In the meantime, I posted some more pages from my sketchbook over on Flickr, so go check those out if you really want to get your MIND BLOWN! POOM!
