If you’ve never been to a Barack Obama rally, you can FEEL THE EXCITEMENT by looking at the back of this gentleman’s head, which I drew while waiting 3 hours for my man Obama to show up. If you’re having trouble getting revved up, just play Michael Jackson’s “Man In The Mirror” in your head, which should do it. Whew! I’m getting excited right now!

Obama started his presidential campaign trail in my neighborhood, literally just a few blocks from my house. I saw Charles Vess there. It was a strange day.
