   OCTOBER 5, 2009 "SPX '09 EXCITEMENT REPORT!" SPX 2009 was held September 26-27 up in non-scenic Bethesda, Maryland, and I was there! Also there were a bunch of amazing people, including Scott Campbell, Kate Beaton, Meredith Gran, John Allison, Steve Wolfhard, Phil McAndrew, David Malki, Brian Heater, Jeff Newelt, and plenty more besides. All those people just hung out in our hotel room all weekend. Short version: super amazing fun times, I'd do it like that every weekend if I could!
